Since this is a keyboard post, can anyone recommend quieter keyboard and mouse? I am a night owl and use my PC a lot late at night/early in the morning, and both my current Microsoft keyboard and mouse are loud as hell. Kept looking for quiet, less noisy compo and I am still unsuccessful. Would appreciate if anyone knows about, or has used less noisy keyboard and mouse before that they can recommend.
I am also looking for a quieter keyboard for the desktop. One of the reviews that shows the dB rate is here: http://www.polygon.com/2015/2/23/7372837/mechanical-keyboard… They mention mostly gaming keyboards, but at least you can get an idea what type of mechanical switches to loo for.
Most of the gaming keyboards are loud as hell though, since they're mainly mechanical keyboards. As the link you've posted suggests, click on the speaker button on the bottom right-hand side of the screen and listen to how mechanical keyboards sound like. They're deafening! It seems that's the number one requirement of gamers, I mean that their keyboards should be noisy or something.
