    Here's their ProductReview page. I've used them for my Japan travel a few months ago as they often have deals here on OzBargain and were recommended in the forums (search travel insurance in forums). Personally I never made a claim so I have no idea.

  The 12% is not getting automatically applied for me? Went all the way to payment screen, nothing. The quote i got back was the same as a few weeks ago with no code (i have some saved for reference as yet to book).
