WORLD CUP 4GB Flash Drive 12.99 + 4.99 shipping

15

Slightly ironic as we crashed an burned in the world cup, maybe this has that feature built in

WORLD CUP 4GB Flash Drive
The cup is over but the memories remain!
Microdia LIFETIME Warranty!

The event may be over, but you can recall the glory days of World Cup 2010 with this memorable - and memory-ful! - 4GB Flash Drive.

Thrill to the goals, the saves, and the endless vuvuzela droning… well, maybe not that last one. But with the full glory of the Australian flag on it, you will definitely be showing your team loyalty as you use it to carry media, documents, or your favourite vuvuzela hits on MP3!

$18 for a 4GB flash drive is not cheap
    http://staticice.com.au/cgi-bin/search.cgi?q=4gb+usb&spos=3
they start at $7 on staticice

    • Was a slightly ironic post (my post), kind of different appeal to the standard usb drive ie the world cup version and lifetime warranty

Not sure the cheapest one would have a lifetime warranty

      • Hence why no neg vote :P

        More suited to forums?

        • Looks like your right :) its 2 votes against 1 at the moment

  • this is not a bargain.

No , it is ironic though right ?

When did this site become OZironic? Not a bargain, not funny, just a complete fail.

you obviously missed a few posts then, given they were taken down.

why hasnt anyone reported this yet come on peoples pick your game up

  • Crashed and burned? Ending with 4 points is a reasonable showing.

Not if you actually stayed up to watch the games, the last one was the first decent game . The rest were disappointing to say the least.

Ps its about the usb not my vague comments re the game

      • lol, I watched at least half of the 64 games. Australia v Ghana disappointing? Maybe if you are a Ghanian. We held on for 60 mintutes with 10 men with both teams playing attacking football. Don't what game you were watching.

        • lol okay maybe i was just bummed after the first game and it was too hard to recover :)

        • Totally agree with Scampy. We did well in all our matches. Yeh… Losing 4-0 may have been disappointing, but it was in a great German team. They beat Argentina by the same scoreline. And our next 2 games were very impressive. Anyway… Not a good deal. Now that the World Cup's over they should be giving these away.

          • @Bensoin: Totally agree with the giving away part, me first lol

Printing a ball and a flag on the cap and saying it has something to do with the World Cup doesn't justify the higher price. If it was an official product it might appeal to some but this is not a bargain in my opinion.

    • True but find me a usb stick with lifetime warranty for similar price

The first result on staticice for $7, the Kingston has a five year warranty. In five years time you'd be able to buy a drive with the money you saved that will probably have 20x the capacity.

A search on staticice for 4Gb USB lifetime shows a number of drives with a lower or similar price as well. I'm not going to go through them all to check for shipping costs etc, but this product still isn't a bargain, sorry.

        • Interesting i went to the first one and it could be a typo as the 4gb is cheaper than the 2gb

          Kingston DataTraveler G2 4GB USB 2.0 Pen Drive $7
          Kingston DataTraveler G2 2GB USB 2.0 Pen Drive $10

Still this is a themed/ gimmick usb drive sure you can compare it to a normal usb drive but on the flipside its appealing to some whereas the stock usb drives are dead boring for me i love my sandisk ducati

        • Agreed. $7 for 5 years and you save $11. In 5 years time you could probably get 16GB or 32GB for $10. So in 'lifetime' you still save $1 with a lot more data.

      • A lifetime warranty on a 4GB stick? LOL!

    Overpriced.

  • Overpriced, gimmicky.. rather Kingston or other known brand…

    $12 for 4gb
    $22 for 8gb
    $42 for 16gb
    $82 for 32gb
can be had from most computer shops

  • Overpriced..
