Thought this offer might be alright for OzBargainers as many here have snapped up Citibank Visa cards in the past due to there being no account keeping fees.

  Doesn't need Citi card, you enter the promo before entering payment details (and as far as I can see, payment by Paypal would be fine)

    I haven't tried it out - do CitiBank visa cards have card specific account numbers that could lead to RedBalloon cancelling purchases if not booked with one?
    I thought it safer to post the deal with what the T&Cs say.
