    Was $850 around July/August last year for travel around Sept-Nov. Lasted a week or so then remained around the $1000-1100 mark for a month or two. Etihad also. Sent mum across for $1060 or so.

      Yep, I took advantage of that to visit NYC during election week. And thanks to being Etihad gold and an overbooked in economy flight I got bumped up to Business on the JFK-AUH leg of my return flight. Not bad for $840 :)

  Very similar to this post. I'm going over in April and added a 1 week layover in HK for about $300 if anyone is thinking about doing the same.
