    shame they cancelled everyones boxes

    • Most people got theirs from December's deal including myself.

      • +7

Seems more like "some" than "most"…

        • +7

Yeah, I didn't get mine; so that's twice now ('fool me once' etc. I suppose).

These guys are serial time-wasters, so maybe place your order WITH A GRAIN OF SALT.

Hi, I'm still new to this forum. I had no idea of user's past negative experiences regarding HelloFresh and will keep it in mind for next time.

      • got mine yesterday
nice surprise on my front door step :)

  • Excludes WA/NT/TAS

Don't worry if you live in one of those places bonez… if it's anything like their previous 'deals', in actual fact it will exclude everywhere. That is, they will realise yet again that they have bitten off more than they can chew, and cancel orders en masse.

      • I think this one is legit - it was advertised in the Qantas magazine I believe, so they have to expect a fair number of people to take it up.

price in title please. $70-190 per box.

$40 per family meal ingredients. ouch! Cloesworth deliver too.

    • +6

The $190 box (the one I received) has about $111.37 worth of products if you bought them from Woolworths and $131 if you shopped at Coles. This is just if you bought these items all in one week and doesn't factor in waiting for specials.

I'll create a more detailed post in the future

      • massive ripoff then? $60+ for 'convenience' and you still have to cook.
IMO the point of convenience meals is to just heat 'em and 'eat 'em .. its the cooking/cleaning process thats the chore rather than the shopping

        • +3

It's not so much convenience meals otherwise you'd be better off ordering Dominos or just buy loads of frozen meals. It's for people who don't have the time to shop plus don't want to plan 5 days worth of meals AND want to eat fresh healthy meals. Probably more similar to Light N Easy rather than Dishd. The recipes are idiot proof and no need to buy anything else.

The killing really should be Coles and Woolworths offering the same thing including recipes for home delivery. If they did "bundles" it would be a gamechanger IMO.

EDIT: Apparently Woolworths do that. Loads more in Recipes.

        • @neil:

no need to buy anything else.

Except for every meal for the day other than dinner.

        • @tomsco:

I usually cook 4 portions (for 2 people) and we both have leftovers as lunch the next day. So with HF, I just ordered the 4 person pack. I don't cook breakfast, just eat wheat biscuits so non-issue for me.

        • @neil:
          coles almost has it working

taste.com.au lists lots of recipes, you can tick the ingredients in the recipe and add to coles shopping list, but doesnt quite work properly

        • @neil: Someone had their wheaties for breakfast :)

  • targetted must have Qantas Frequent Flyer

      • +1

A bit more complex as this is a Qantas Assure promo & might not work with just a Frequent Flyer membership & email address used with that membership.

T&C: only available to existing Qantas Assure Health Insurance members and (Qantas Assure) App users

These jokers keep cancelling orders. I have never received any of the deals that I signed-up for - don't waste your time!!
