I don't understand how raising the minimum purchase price for free shipping is a bargain.
I posted it mainly for the ON 8Lb for $85. Then it went OOS and hamza removed it from title
Fill out the contact form on their website and let them know you're unhappy. I know there's a few other sites around similar to iHerb so I will be looking to take my business elsewhere, and I just wrote to let them know.
If enough people do it they may reconsider. The problem I have is that an order of USD $40 used to be with free shipping, or USD $4 if it was under $40. That was a good sweet spot and would often last me a full 12 months for what I ordered.
If I start ordering USD $60 worth of supplements just to get free shipping, some of them will be close to going out of date before I even break the seal.
Has anyone ordered from this site before? Thinking about the travel time for the product, say whey protein, would it impact the quality? Thanks!
The site is terrific. The shipping times for the Australia Post option are normally around a week for me.
Most of the products tell you what the expiry date is for the item you are purchasing.

The offer is available to all customers not just new ones. Their new changes suck! It used to be free shipping over $40USD and you got 10% loyalty credit, now it's bumped to $60USD for free shipping and only 5% loyalty credit. But looks like the credit doesn't expire for 60days as opposed to 30 days in the past. Also, free shipping via Australia Post is applicable only if you order weighs less than 4.53kg!
Damn thats some cheap protein. The 5lb locally is $85-90 and you get the 8lb for that price from this store. I'm annoyed as I just bought a tub 2 days ago.
