I think it's a cheap 11n USB dongle. There was a deal last year (http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/17352) but still more expensive. I'm myself is tempted to buy one to replace the doggy netgear PCI 11g card I bought 3-4 years ago.

Very limited reviews/feedbacks could be found though. Feedbacks of how good/bad this product is are appreciated.

  • Open network went bust so I dont think you will get any support. So I cant see this working "This product comes with a 1 year Manufacturer Warranty"

  • Can we use the free $10? :D

    • No
"No Further Discounts On Steal Of The Day Offers"

    • of course, not.

  • Looks physically very similar to the Billion 3011N:
    http://au.billion.com/product/wireless/bipac3011n.php

which I've been using for months now without a problem. Had tried lots of Netgear/Dlink/Belkin stuff in the past but this little Billion is the only one that gave me a stable connection. Sustained transfer rates of >6MB/second…

    • Open network used alot of billion stuff there 824RLW was a Billion 7404 VGP(A). So it would not surprise me at all.

  • good as it is delivered.

because i live nearby i'll probably go to umart for
    "Tenda W311U 11n wireless USB dongle 802.11n (Draft 2.0)" $18.00

i'm moving this weekend, unsure if i'll need one at all.

    • Tenda W311U has just one internal antenna, comparing with this OPEN NIC which has 2 (1T2R). Also, if this OPEN is a re-bedged Billion, it should have better performance over the Tenda.

Don't know if warranty is available or not though as OPEN has closed up.

  • Can someone help me with windows 7 64bit driver .
the cd installation said cannot support
