Prices were cheaper on your eBay store during eBay's 20% off deal last week.

    • You still paid the shipping, so we have chosen to do free shipping + 10%

    Are they oz stock?

    • Yes, they are

Considering that you're selling used phones I went and researched the eBay pricing standard for the same products:

    iPhone 6S 128gb:

Your Price for Rose Gold: $674.10 (after 10% discount) with 6 months warranty.

Green Gadgets Australia $619 Delivered with exactly the same warranty and shipping.

Your Price: Samsung S6 Edge $386.10 (after discount) with 6 months warranty.

Ctd eBay $369 Delivered with same warranty period.

I suggest your reconsider your pricing by researching similar competitors before even saying you "luv oz bargain".

Plus you don't even give us an idea about the age of the phone so we have no idea about manufacturers warranty.

    • The 6S is trending on eBay for $718 at the moment, our grading process is completely different from the others, what others would classify as near new, we only grade as 'good' or 'used' etc. As far as the age of the phone goes, we sell too many phones each day to be able to provide that for each and every one we sell.

You can't use the excuse "we sell too many phones each day to provide that information". If I'm paying $700 for a phone then I better well be able to know when it was manufactured to see if I can return it to the manufacturer due to a fault. It's simple as providing the serial number or just quickly going to this link https://checkcoverage.apple.com/au/en/ and checking it before you post up the phone.

Anyone seen a Lumia 950xl lying around??

    • No, unfortunately we are out of stock of those, only the normal 950 in used condition

So you sell used phone? That's why I wonder why pricing for iPhone SE 64gb is so cheap. Hence asking if it is oz stock. The website let me select new condition so it is a bit misleading. Maybe "as new" is more appropriate.

    • We have found that as new sets expectations for people thinking that they get a phone that IS new. The wording new condition started being used after a market survey

they are not oz stock. i just received a model a1662 usa model. condition is good but no band 28, the listing lied. considering a return/complaint but probably wouldnt be able to get another new one at the same price

why did you reply to me with this link?

        • @crentist: The intention was to remind OP of a Store Rep's obligations.

  • "That thread is from 2012"

That thread commences 2012 and concludes May 2016 with a review saying "BUYER BEWARE DODGEY!!".
