Hi guys, really sorry about the website problem. Honestly, we checked everything in our end and they were all showing $49 + Freeship. If you got charged the postage, we will process your oder and refund you the differece. It was meant to be $49 shipped.

Yes agree but when your website isnt working properly and they are trying to charge you for postage you do what needs to be done to submit the order.
At end of the day they said they would do free shipping regardless. Don't see what difference it makes…

glad i missed out on this deal… didnt need to buy it… but now that 200 people got a good deal, looking for some advise. I currently have a logitech G110 standard keyboard. Not a bad keyboard. I'd love to give mechanical a crack, but the study is right next to the dragon's den, so noise is definitaely a factor.
I'm guessing i need brown switches, what's recommended in the budget/brown/gaming region ? Either combo or standalone (Mouse is a G700 with bunk batteries, aka always corded. Even when cordless lag was quite noticeable. I'm happy enough to keep it as is).I am also looking for an affordable one with brown switch. Found one called Ducky one but it's a bit pricey for me:

I have the blue/grey version of that keyboard, and while it's no where near as nice as the old Ducky Pro, I highly recommend Ducky in general. They're way better than the usual logitech/corsair stuff, especially if you like more minimalist/retro designs.
Ah, I was liking the look of the corsair 'strafe' with brown cherry MX…

Nah, I mean, I had an RGB Strafe briefly. It wasn't for me. Thought it was pretty tacky and cheap. The lighting is really nice if you're into that, though. It's a fine enough keyboard. Plenty of people seem to like it.
I have the G710+ at work Brown switch with rubber stops. Nice and quiet, good for gaming and typing.
And the G910 at home, also quiet enough. (my wife watches tv in the same room as my PC)

Just received an email from PayPal to say a partial refund (my postage) was made and that only $49 will be charged. Now to wait for it to arrive

Received my parcel this morning, tax invoice showing correct promo pricing $49 but haven't received my refund of the differences.

TL:DR it's priced accuratly
Pros:
- Build seems nice.
- metal plate behind keys
- It's a keyboard
- The software isn't complete crapCons:
- It's quite a thick board so the included palm rest is not really optional
- The transparent lettering is pretty cheap (not very crisp)
- there is a lot of light bleed around the keys.
- The keys rattle a lot simply by brushing your fingers over the topPreference
- Keys are a bit firmer than Cherry Blues (more clunky). Personally I think the feel of genuine Cherry is worth the difference in price.
-no left Windows key, in it's place a FN key. It has a game mode that locks the Winkey, which is wierd as the reimaing winkey is on the right, already out of the way. Had I noticed this before ordering I wouldn't have ordered. I use the winkey to frequently for it to be on the right side.Software allows you to swap this :DMouse:
Nothing special, about equivalent to any $5 mouse from China. Mousemat is the same, which is why the box says they are "free bonus"Backorder and no refund.. a big joke.
