  • Gee…put title in price

    • It is check.

I bought this for $65 last year. How times have changed. $103 is pretty standard. I think Amazon may be a few dollars cheaper.

    • Yeah this is not really a great deal

    • Link?

        amazon.com

        you do the rest

        • I juts checked. Its in USD. its 69USD not AUD

          @shadowrukia:

          Of course it's in USD.
          Convert it.

I still bought it for $65 AUD last year.

    • Don't remember if it had been that low. Cheapest so far was $49.95 USD + shipping = $55.64 USD. Unless you used a $5 USD referral.

      • It was probably not advertised on ozbargain. I did get it for $65.
I also bought it much earlier in the year. It was a month or two after I Got my new S7 Edge, which came out in March.

  • Does it do 4K on a GoPro 5?

    • Haven't tried on a GoPro 5, but I have tested this card's writing performance on CrystalDiskMark through USB3 and the Sandisk Imagemate all in one reader.

      Sequential: 77.21 MB/s
      512K random: 3.26 MB/s
      4K random: 0.944 MB/s
      4K QD32 random: 0.917 MB/s

Since the requirement for 4K video tends to be U3, which is 30 MB/s, I'd say no, it won't be sufficient for a GoPro 5 as soon as the card starts accessing random writes. Plus, if the GoPro checks the write speed, you might get an error message telling you to use a U3 rated card.

    • Dont forget long shipping

      • +1

Only 2 weeks, past purchases have often come quicker than the estimate as well.

Just a comparison/another option anyway as they have international warranty & also can use up any $5 amazon referral credits.

        • Yeah but only around 3 dollars more for faster shipping and supporting an AU store well store in AU.

          True,

      • Long shipping? I get Amazon orders quicker than Futu in the past… infact Amazon freely upgraded my recent Shield order to their fastest shipping free of charge…
