First world problems. Starting with Lindt balls, getting excited. Then reading on all the way to (MEL) just to find out, it's not for me.

The Lindt sore at Morabbin DFO had 1kg bag of coconut chocolate balls for roughly $20. (75% off).
The Lindt sore sounds painful, so does coconut balls.
Mea Culpa - but eating that much chocolate would make me sore - the amount of Body Pump classes I would need to do to cover them. While reading this posting above about the Lindt balls the SouthPark "chocolate salty balls" song keep going through my mind.

cadburys and nestle chocolates are halal. Lindt is not. We avoid the Halal Tax of food we eat.
You do realise that they are just a marketing gimmick when it comes to product such as Chocolate. The "tax" you pay on it would pretty much be the ink that they used to print the logo with.
Halal guidelines are not just limited to animal slaughter; as an example, it is an indicator that the product does not contain any alcohol.

True, Lindt products are clearly marked for people who READ. I would not trust the website megod mentioned above. Just one person's opinion with no facts to back it up
