What realworld advantage can one of these give that you don't get with a free (and uber simple to setup and renew) https://letsencrypt.org/ certs?

  Yeah! Let's Encrypt Provides free SSL, but customer wants trust! These certificates come up with warranty from Comodo in case of any descrepency!
  You can go for Let's Encrypt, but you can't ignore your satisfaction or protection!
