        I don't think it is as good value because it doesnt include the fluffy roller head (for hard floors), and is only $30 cheaper than the absolute.

        regretting upvoting this deal now when it is clear that the good guys have completely gamed the system by taking all of the genuinely good deals off of eBay.

        EDIT - looks like the V6 absolute is still in stock?

          You are right on the mark, l got the same deal before Christmas for $550, l believe they were $50.00 off at the time, the prices last week were still $50.00 off, as l've wanted to purchase another for my mum, however l did today at $599.20 as l am 90% sure they want have the $550.00 again.

          I got the V8 Animal it's fantastic.

      the V6 absolute is better value than the V6 animal.

      as for the price difference between the V8 absolute and animal…that is a harder choice.

    Love my V6 Animal. Can't bring myself to bother with upgrading to the V8, but I'd recommend them any day of the week.

      We use both the V6 and V8 at home. Initially was worried about spending twice the amount on the V8, but at the end of the day, the V8 turned out to be really worth the extra!

    I've been so close to buying the V8 Absolute for the past month or so but held off waiting for this deal. Just bought it now! Thanks OP!
    Our Samoyed puppy is currently shedding and I've had to use the ducted vacuum we have in the house with minimal results. This will help out greatly :D

          The V6 Absolute would have been better value IMO.
          Means you only have to vacuum for 20 mins instead of 40 mins :-P

          What's the big differences between the V6 and V8? Just battery life? I only have hard floors so the absolute should be fine.

    I was under the impression that the V6 Absolute has the same soft-roller head that comes with the V6 Fluffy yet the Fluffy is significantly more expensive?

      Get the Absolute, its the only one that has the filter.

    Wow bump up in prices… great deal still, V8 absolute is $739 at Costco… thankfully I bought mine during the last 20% off sale which didn't include the price hike… think it was around $679
