$1 Tickets - Melbourne Storm Final Match vs Newcastle at AAMI Park 5th Sept 2010

340

Not sure how many $1 tickets left. I'm not a rugby fan but I believe there are many out there and $1 certainly is a bargain!

Only online at Ticketek.com

==============================

Storm officials want to pack AAMI Park for the Round 26 clash with Newcastle on Sunday, September 5, the final appearance of a swag of stars, including Greg Inglis, Brett White, Ryan Hoffman and Brett Finch.

It will be an emotional finish to the season and Storm wants as many people as possible to witness the last stand.

Skipper Cameron Smith said the loyalty of fans had made it easier for his teammates to play out the season.

And he said there would be an all-out effort to end the year on a high.

"We've had nearly 10,000 here every time we have played, all knowing we are never going to move off the bottom of the ladder," Smith said.

"It's tremendous to have people like that as part of our club.

"The way we reply is the way we have played, the way we have kept turning up and will keep turning up. We won't throw in the towel."

The cut-price tickets are available only online at Ticketek.com.au from 10.15 this morning.

Fans can order a maximum of four at a cost of $8.95, inclusive of a $4.95 booking fee.

  • Maybe link to ticketek?

I still cry in my sleep thinking about what happened.

  • Fantastic fathers day present :-)

  • Can you please put the direct link to buy the ticket . Thanks in advance.

  • Thanks foe the link.

  • Cool thanks for that.
Initially it appeared to be sold out - but now I have tickets to my first ever game.
    Thanks :)

  • does anybody know the photography policy of AAMI stadium? would just to go photograph the stadium lol because its so cheap.

SLR camera's allowed with big lenses?

    • No bigger than 20mm from what I remember.

      • you mean slr with 200mm lenses?

20mm? some stadiums have a policy that state no lenses longer than 10cm

        • I went a couple of weeks back with an SLR and sat on my own in a bunch of empty rows right next to a couple of ground attendants and never got told off. I would say 200mm lens would be the maximum until they asked questions.

It's a laid back sort of stadium and you can get some really good shots as you are so close to the action

        • Sorry! Missed a zero - yes, its 200mm.

  • Appears to be unavailable now. If I attempt to select any ticket at any price, I get this message.

Unable to obtain the tickets you requested.

Other customers may be in the process of completing their transaction on all remaining tickets, or the number of tickets requested is greater than the maximum available adjacent seats. Please try again, or try reducing the number of tickets you have selected. When tickets are no longer available the event will be displayed as Allocation Exhausted.

However, the event does not indicate "Allocation Exhausted", so before you waste your time like me…

    • My apologies - I tried several times over an hour without success. Gave it one more shot (more out of boredom than expectation of success) and was able to secure two adjacent seats in Category 3. Looks like my previous advice was incorrect - sorry about that.

  • Thanks I got 3 GA tickets.I gonna take my son and wife.

  • Got 4 GA tickets as well for $8.95. Any idea how much GA tickets normally go for?

    • +1

$25 each. GA is the areas behind the goal posts.

  • Great bargain. I wish I lived in Melbourne so I could go!

  • Thanks heaps. Picked up seats for a fathers day gift. Got 4 good seats in the booze free zone.
