This seems like a pretty good price from what I have seen around in stores and online.
Pretty sure that's the Bas Phillips Gel Infused pillow (with memory foam) and people flog them off for around $150.00, but stores like Harris Scarfe sell them for around $45.00.Can't speak for quality as I haven't used one. Was just shopping around for a product like this during summer.
