Don't know about everyone else, but that's not exactly a professional attitude you'd expect from a "Store Rep"…
@CamerasDirect: Regardless of being childish or not, they're a customer. If you believe that your response was appropriate, then you may need to rethink that. You could have merely responded with "It's packaged in a satchel for delivery, this has a cost we need to account for", and it would have sufficed.
