As in a discount on paintball in Sydney.
and I would give this a +'ve but for some weird reason when I click to vote it doesn't register.

  • looks good deal, love playing paintball so may give this one a go.

  • Friends have bought a few, looking to check it out some time next month. Feedback from people who've been would be great. The environments look… interesting (Egypt, London?).

"Painball" - quite an accurate mistake in the description!

  • pain ball oh il change it right away lol, should call it painball anyway, since all paintball does is give u pain at the end.

  • I went from the last one they had of these. Extra paintball packs are the expected ripoff, I think it was $90 each for an extra 500 each to go up to the 'sniper' pack, and then for 2000 each it was $240 or something. They also tell you that in order for any of your party to upgrade, all of your party has to upgrade. What they don't tell you is that you don't have to upgrade, you can just buy extra paintballs from them. What we did was just had one person buy 2000 paintballs (can't remember the price sorry, but it was more than their 'upgrades') at the start without getting the upgrade, and then split them amongst us. Lunch was pepperoni pizzas from dominos.
It was a fun day, and if you don't go for their upgrade packs, it was quite reasonable. For us it worked out to be ~$50 for ~500 paintballs.
The place was pretty cool, all the areas were lots of fun, except the graveyard. Being the newest in Sydney (only opened about 6 weeks ago) the staff were a bit inexperienced, and it showed, but that will only improve with time.
    Overall, plus from me.

    • Packages? I think you're talking about action paintball in blacktown.
And these guys, Delta Force, have been opened for more than 6 weeks, I went around 8 weeks ago and that was after they opened for a few weeks if not months before that. And the staff we had were great and sounded like they knew what they were doing.

No, it was certainly this one, Brian Rd, Appin. Bit hard to get that and Blacktown mixed up ;)

  • Delta force, I think I went there last year, that's the place I was thinking of. Really, really big gravel car park at the front right? We were on the way home from a night club when we went there, I organized a bucks night and this was the surprise ending to it, lol. Paintball is so much more fun in that condition…

    • Haha yeah big gravel car park on a lot in the middle of nowhere with lots and lots of trees.
Haha paintball at night? Now that must have been awesome? I'm surprised they'd be open that late for you guys to finish a bucks night at a night club then to go paintballing (or is this the morning after the night out?)

  • morning after mate, I think we got kicked outta the taxi in the car park at like 6am, didn't open until 7am, lucky it was summer time so it wasn't too cold, god we sooo were wasted and had to try and keep it together whilst we were briefed for half an hour lol
There was this jerk on the other team and he was annoying everyone all day, at the end where you do the capture the base kind of game in that little hut he kept switching to the attacking team as he was scared of getting shot up in there so me and a buddy switched with him and his pal. We held out and beat them, after everyone was out of shots the ref came over and gave me a few more shots and asked me to shoot the shit outta him some more, lol (I obliged)

    • Nice.
If you guys were that wasted I'm surprised they let you guys play, cause after all you are handling what the government deems to be a firearm, and if used improperly could be lethal. (ie drop the shit out of it and explode the gas canister, or someone in the eye at pointblank)

  • Yeah, that's what I explained to the others several times, that's what I was talking about holding it together in the briefing. Good day out, highly recommend it.
