Pretty good price on pork belly for four days from Tasman Meats.
Saw this special in my emails. At the time of posting, the link I've attached hasn't been updated but the deal should be up soon on their catalogue but until then, just take my work for it ;)
I recommend throwing some of this in bak kut teh to handle this freezing cold weather.

Ps: some of the ingredients are good for you but are kinda carcinogenic so it's not recommended for pregnant women, etc.

  They've also got Chicken Breast fillets skin on for $5.99kg, minimum purchase 1.5kg and Chicken Maryland or Chicken Wings $2.99kg, minimum purchase 1.5kg.

  Was just at Tasman in Blackburn. Pork Belly "Manager's Deal" @ $9.99/kg is on. Just note that the slab comes pre-scored (I was hoping it wouldn't).

  Got the missus to pick up a couple slabs to make my bacon with. Pretty impressed with the protein:fat ratio. Would have prefer it not scored and the fact that it was bone in meant that a lot of what I paid for was not used for my primary intentions, but the ribs will go well for a dinner soon!
