I cooked a chicken once and forgot the blood bag it was sitting on.

        Came out disgusting.

        Serving suggestion:

        defrost

    • I don't actually know but from what I've seen it was something like…
Marinade duck, put in convection oven, wait.
Heat up the Roti in a deep pan and wrap it up with spring onion, cucumber and the black soy sauce and there you have it, Peking Duck!

      • black soy? or hoisin?

Maybe add some fresh chilli too.

        • +3

          it's hoisin sauce!!!

I've bought these a couple of times. I would highly recommend people keep the duck fat (i.e. scoop it into a bowl), because that shit tastes good whenever you have to use it to cook something else.

Although it states $16 in catalogue and instore, I showed the screenshot (of their website) to checkout chick and she fixed it for me :)

Alternatively you can say that you're from oz bargain and claim the discount :P

      • Tried that but didn't work. They said they won't match an online only deal.

        • It's not online only, my local store has them.

        • @Scab:

  • Update, bought a duck and fed it whole and raw to my dog.

He luved it, he's never had duck before.

His stomach was so round and pudgy after he finished it, only took him 5 minutes to devour it.
