      Can confirm the same is happening this time. Have ordered from two places now (Sydney CBD) - the first order went through and then was cancelled by the restaurant, the second one is just hanging as I'm trying to pay. Great work Deliveroo!

    Where do you live that you're having trouble with deliveroo? I've had no issues with them in Melbourne.

    If the min order is $35 + $5 delivery, it works out to $20 per hamburger. Or am I missing something here?

    Says it's only for Huxtaburger/Entrecôte which is only in Victoria. Nothing in Sydney. Location specific title.

    Preordered at 11:11 for delivery at 1pm
    Order cancelled at 12:38. called up to Deliveroo to query why it was cancelled, apparently high demand.

    Not good enough for two reasons

    • surely preorders should get some kind of priority
    • Not okay to accept the order and cancel it so close to the delivery time.

        Entrecôte, they were the only place I found with a burger expensive enough to get me to the $17.50 minimum fee without having to order more food

        Duuno who's at fault, but i'm done with both deliveroo and Entrecôte. Deliveroo customer service advised to 'try ordering again', after which i promptly ended the conversation. Kinda missing the point of a pre-order…

    Coupon NOJUDGES worked for me to remove delivery fee (+ $5). My order came to $21 in total even though I found the coupon on a page that said $35 min

      You need to pick the burger from the 2 for one burger list which is at the top of the order list for the restaurant that's participating. The page then asks you to choose the second burger

          Nah, you get to pick any of the same and lesser value. Pick something more expensive. e.g. I had the Brittany, so got the Hux which is cheaper.
