Yes, all our products are 100% brand new sealed. Most of them are equivalent overseas models. All overseas models are sent with a compatible Australian power adaptor. So won't have to buy any new plug/or adaptor to use your original charger.
is it 6 or 12 months warranty?
All items have 1 year warranty.
Will this be covered by Amex essentials if you use as the fund when paying by PayPal?

That is completely against eBay policy. It is called "feedback manipulation" and it is banned.
Your headphones eBay listing is obviously a fake. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Basic-headphones-/282472015457 There is no proper heading, no proper description and no photo in the heading and a picture of Bose 35s in the body for $12.95
It is an OBVIOUS FAKE put up purely to garner feedback from your "list" as linked above.
The item location is shown as Singapore.
The 11 childishly written fake feedbacks are then all received THE SAME DAY THE ITEM SOLD AND THE SAME DAY IT WAS "SENT" IN EVERY CASE. FROM SINGAPORE with ZERO postage transit time!! IE obviously fake product and obviously fake and impossible postage time.

No need to read the complaints because I won't spend $800 on an ebay seller just opened their store a month ago. 97 positive feedback means nothing.
Interesting comments. Definitely a bit dodgy at $700 tho.
bought the phone on the 12th, got the phone today (should've been yesterday, but no one's home for delivery).
all good. Even asked to swap a colour and model after purchase and the seller complied without an issue.
only complain is no AU power plug is included, only a travel 5V 2.0A charger was supplied.
I was very much sceptical, but very happy I pulled the trigger for one at this price.Purchased a gold S8 on the 11th and received on the 15th. Was sceptical after getting burned by the dodgy s7 deal from a different seller on ozbargain a few months ago but shopmonk are the real deal! Great price, fast shipping and dual sim version, what more could you ask for? Glad I took the punt.
Now just waiting for the black version I purchased at the same time but unfortunately is arriving on Monday.
