A discount of 29 bucks for gerrys vips? Hate to see how he treats his normal customers…

  • Any deals on TVs

    • They have a lot of "20% off" signs on a lot of stuff but I only look at the Nintendo Switch, bought it and come out straight away….only got it because of the Amex cash back.

do they ask for the sms or email before you enter the store?

i.e. can i just rock up?

Where do I find more out about the VIP night?

    • +1

If you ever bought anything from them, and give them your mob number at the check out, you get a SMS about VIP night automatically…. I rarely go though.

      • Thanks.
I really want to get the dyson supersonic hair dryer but not sure if it's on sale

Thanks op, which Harvey Norman stores in NSW are open for VIP night tonight?

    • I didn't get an invite for this one. I normally get invites for Springvale, Chadstone, Nunawading and Chirnside Park.

    • Springvale Vic is opens, not sure about NSW

  • hmmm reckon we will see any other sales around this price? I'm waiting until the E3 announcements before I race out and purchase the Switch.

    • Kogan had it for 382 delivered not even a month ago without the added hoops of vip night and having an amex card so i think so

  • I don't find it easy to get games for my switch. Need to jump on the next decent online sale.

TO THE 20'ish SWITCH BARGAIN HUNTERS THAT WANTED MSG'S 4 DEALS I DON'T SEE THIS PRICE (AND LOCATION TO BE SPECIFIC) WORTHWHILE PM'ING YOU ALL
Targeted, VIP only(not that it seems to matter) ..and they have been 15% under this price in the last month.

..Retreat to your caves of safety.

    • Any chance I could get on that list of people to be messaged?

      • Done.

        • Cheers :)

got a switch at launch, and just like my Wii-U, it's sitting there collecting dust while I wait for exlcusives

    • +1

If I had of purchased a Wii-U and had all those titles available but just let it collect dust I definitely wouldn't have brought the switch.. and at launch to boot.

Worth, BOTW is enough and ARMS will come out then

      • BotW is on the Wii U though…

    • +3

So you haven't learned your lesson from Wii U?

      • Sadly no, figured I'd give Nintendo one more chance, as well as the fact I had a fair few games to trade in at the time (I know, trade in values are ridiculous, but I can't be bothered selling them on gumtree/ebay). I still have some fond memories from the N64 and Gamecube era, so hoping for some nice exclusives!

  • anyone know if QV is open tonight?

  • I called up to find out if the Dyson Supersonic hairdryer was on sale and they told me they couldn't help me as the sales guys weren't taking calls…
not going to risk driving for 30 mins to find out… i guess i'll need to wait for a sale… if it ever comes…

    • Springvale was quite busy, I have to wait for a while to be served as they lock them in a cup board.

      • Was there any sale on OLED TV?

  • My Harvey Norman isn't open tonight

  • lmao @ Harvey Norman VIP nights
