it's meant for 11~12" devices.
Although XPS 13 has 13" screen, overall size is equivalent to many other 11" laptops. It fits in because of its slim border.

It is pretty snug on a Surface Pro 4 with keyboard. So if you compare dimensions and they are similar or less you should be fine.
Doesn't look like it would fit the Surface Book though - finally, something on OzB that I can ignore :-)

Jump from 40 to 175 sold after I bought !!! That is amazing, not that many sold since 9June until this post.
I have used 11.6 to 13 inch laptops for a few years, and I always had an appropriate folio cover and they got zero use. To be honest I don't think I ever go anywhere without a laptop bag, so I never needed the extra protection. However I don't see why you should ever need one, I don't think it's really safe enough to use a normal bag and just chuck your surface in because it's in a folio.

awesome I was wondering how it would go on a 13. I put a macbook 12 in mine and there is heaps of space (almost too much as it's so long) despite the measurements of the surface and the macbook 12 being only mm off.
I have this case for my Surface and love it. It's a steal at that price.
