Not sure who will buy RRP price.

HP online is selling $1,999.00 on the 20th September . That seems more reasonable price.

  • Ah, thanks for that! I clicked on the link the other time. Can see the deals now ^^

  • I really hate HPs website

  • Seems like really good prices, saving roughly $500+ for the laptops. Too bad i have no money :(

  • Does anyone know if the prices on their monitors are good?

What's the difference between the two monitors? Are they any good?

  • PRICE MATCH AT OFFICEWORKS AND GET 5% discount? :D

    • Can't. Ow is actually cheaper

Actually the business laptops I'm looking at are already up there at these low prices.
You just have to search the HP store using the product code numbers (not the model name).

Does anyone know if the 8730w VW413PA has the DreamColor display?

    • +1

Hi Stumo, all the e-stores that I looked up stocking that particular model of the 8730w (ie the VW413PA) made no reference to the screen being the dreamcolor ie LED version. Whilst it does have the same 1920x1200 res I dont think it's dreamcolor. On the plus side, it does have the nvidia graphics card, which is compulsory for the dreamcolour screen option. I would contact hp to see how much they would charge for the upgrade.

EDIT: there was one site that mentioned dreamcolor for that particular model, but I doubt it's right as its the only one: http://www.i-store.com.au/product/?CategoryID=29&productid=1…

  • nvm

    • wtf

      • LOL

dam i just bought 3 yesterday for full rrp price

  • most of those are EOL i think cept some ENVYs.

  • I don't see anything tempting here.

The specs do not warrant the price. Not even close… not by the slightest

65% off something thats priced at twice it's true value is.. not much!
