        I think it depends on the popularity of the item, price and saving. For popular items less than $2 (e.g. LED lights), the potential definitely exists for 500 items to go in 15 minutes. I expect when the first 20% off deal for 21309-1: NASA Apollo Saturn V with an RRP of $169.99 that 100 would sell out very quickly.

        The popularity of the website / seller clearly does have an impact, but I'm not sure how significant that is independent of the deal being posted on bargain websites.

  Excellent price point - the phone to get if you need one now. If you can hold out, the Z2 is on its way soon, so expect price to fall more over the next few months.
