See problem isn't people not liking classic music …..it's more being able to afford it …….should be cheaper and more concerts when their penalty rates are removed …..

$49 bucks for a concert with a 100-odd pro musicians on stage? C'mon man. Pop concerts aren't cheap.

    • We can always arrange for you to be blindfolded and led into a hall where unknown to you a piped classic concert will be played. Should be very cheap.

    • Monash does free concerts. In a way price barriers are a good thing, just rock up to open day to see why.

Well played Melb Orchestra… Well played.

Wait for the end of the concert before applauding.

Second of all i just realised from a few basic google searches, this Beethoven is some sort of clasical dancer? So sorry for assuming otherwise.

I bought a few tickets for friends for the Saturday night session and it was a fantastic show

There were lots of empty seats even in the middle section of the stalls (ie. B reserve etc.) so I think it wasn't too bad it was ozbargained haha!
