Got this! There were two (very small) dishes: the Blue Lizard Farm Arugula Soup with Grilled Shrimp and Charred Kohlrabi Poke (turnip-like vegetable) and the Panna Cotta with Kumquat, Coconut and what seemed to be alfafa sprouts?! lol
Both were pretty good
So yeah, the three things OP listed were actually just part of one little soup cup :)
