extending sim/credit expiry

Same deal as before, but now works in Japan, South Korea, Philippines, NZ.

Buying it

  • This SIM is only sold in Singapore/on-board Jetstar flights but roams to many different countries. This works super well with Jetstar trips that stop by Singapore because you can buy the SIMs onboard; they include a free hot drink!

  • Alternatively you can but these at the Singapore airport at the UOB money exchange counters.

This SIM is positively awesome for a SE Asia trip! You can use whatever data you have left back home too!

Starhub has LTE/4G roaming, I tested this in Indonesia/Hong Kong; also gives unrestricted Internet access in mainland China without VPN (eg Google Maps, Gmail etc)

Prepaid SIMs

  • $15 SGD with $18 of credit
  • $32 SGD with $32 of credit, 15GB/10 day local data, 2GB/10 day int'l data
  • $50 SGD with $50 of credit, 15GB/10 day local data, 5GB/10 day int'l data (UOB only)

Spend credit on:

  • 1GB/ 3 days $5
  • 1GB/ 7 days $7
  • 1.2GB/30 days $10
  • 2.4GB/30 days $15
  • 3.6GB/30 days $20

For example, you can buy a $32 SIM which includes 2GB int'l, then spend the credit on 2 x 2.4GB data packs for a total of 6.4GB of int'l data over ~ 70 days

Supported Countries:

  • Japan
  • South Korea
  • Singapore
  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • Hong Kong
  • China
  • Indonesia
  • Macau
  • Malaysia
  • Philippines
  • Taiwan
  • Thailand
  • UK
  • USA

How to use

You need to have bought a valid domestic (Singaporean) data plan before and activate Happy Roam by (star)123(star)333#. Your APN needs to be switched to 'shppd'.

T&C:

  • Roaming partners and additional information available in the link.
  • Cannot be combined with the Changi Airport $40 voucher
  • Recharge will last for 180 days so to keep this SIM alive you just need to topup once every 6 month and you can use it every time you travel to those countries. Credit also rollover on recharge. Able to be recharged with Aussie CC.

  • Does the SIM have to be activated in Singapore?

    • +1

When the SIM is purchased in Singapore they register the SIM (against your passport or ID). But it's not activated. To activate the SIM you have to send *142 (I think). The instructions are included in a little booklet that's included with the SIM.

I used it in Thailand and Hong Kong. And now I'm using the remainder of the data in Australia. It's very handy to be able to get data as soon as you land. The only minor issue I have with it is. Because it's a Singapore SIM. You get allocated a Singapore IP address. So when you visit sites it redirects you to the .sg version of the site. Again this is only a minor issue.

      • Thanks, bluechan!

      • I really need Help! I am in Sydney. I will go to South Korea this Saturday.

I bought the SIM in July when I was in Singapore.
I just activated it, initially it is not working but after a while I received message said it is activated.
I then purchase $15 data pack through the app (I use iphone 4), with wifi, so the main balance is decreased from $18 to $3.
However I cannot access internet. I use Telstra.

I put in a modem (Optus, unlocked), no signals.

Can you tell me have I made any mistake? What can I do?
I try to use iphone 4 for hotspot, I can a message I have to call a 6*** (cannot remember) to activate tethering.

Have you tried using the Sim in a portable modem?

        Many thanks

        • I think your issue is you haven't changed the APN.
I don't have an iPhone so I can't give you step by step instructions.
I suggest you download the Starhub app. I'm guessing there's one for iPhones. The android version has instructions on how to change APN settings.

        • I try to change APN through the Happy Roam, it just falls back to the Iphone main screen. Maybe a bug there.
I cannot find how to change manually.

When I google, they say under "cellular network" etc. but I cannot find it.

Can you tell me how to change APN in iphone4 (in Sydney).

Can i use it in a portable modem (router)?

          Thanks

        • @seniordoc:

besides the happy roam guide, have you checked the happy roam faq?

8 How do I set my Access Point Name (APN)?
APN can be set using Happy Prepaid App: Open app > Roaming Tab > APN Settings. Alternatively, you may set it manually by following the below instructions.

          For iOS users:
Check that you have the Carrier setting StarHub 27.2 or above.
          Go to Settings -> General -> About -> Carrier -> StarHub 27.2

          If yes:
Go to Settings -> Mobile Data Options -> Mobile Data Network -> Under Mobile Data, key in the following information
          APN: shppd

          If no:
Access http://bit.do/shapn from the browser in your device and select 'Install Profile'. Select 'Install' to install the APN Profile.

        • @tonester:

I have tried all these methods

I cannot find the APN settings iphone.
I tried APN setting with Happy Prepaid App, it went 2 blank screen then stay, without changing anything.
same result when I tried http://.do/shapn from safari.
The carrier is Telstra or Vodafone.

Finally give up after 4 hours trying all options, including google.
Put in an unlocked Optus portable modem, no signals.

Did get a message saying roaming activated. Then got another message immediately after that saying roaming is not activated. Totally confused.

        • @seniordoc:

maybe it's because the last iOS available for iPhone 4 is 7.1.2, whereas the current iOS is 10.3.3?

is iPhone > Settings > Mobile > Mobile Data Options > Data Roaming on?

          is Happy Prepaid App > Roaming > Roaming Service on? (or dial * 123 * 333 #)

is iPhone > Settings > General > Profiles > StarHub Prepaid APN on?

is iPhone > Settings > Mobile > Mobile Data Options > Mobile Data Network > APN shppd? (fyi Telstra's is telstra.wap)

          http://www.starhub.com/personal/support/mobile/roaming/prepa…

        • @seniordoc: Make sure you're using shppd.

If you use the Happy Prepaid app, it installs a profile (so maybe check to see if one is there, and maybe delete anything there before trying again)?

You also need to have roaming enabled for the simcard itself which you can enable in the app. Not sure if you can do this on the device itself if you didn't have roaming enabled and you're outside of Singapore.

        • @jace88:

I have returned from Singapore. I finally find it work with the app.
          Thanks.

        • @seniordoc:

good to hear - how did you make it work? what was the problem?

        • @tonester:
Can't really tell. I finally be able edit the APN while put it in a optus modem, then edit through the Modem software.
          Sorry can't remember the details.

  • Bargain….fly Jetstar via Singapore instead of Emirates via Abu Dhabi to Europe, just for the SIM.

  • Great deal as I bought one for my trip to Taiwan from the UOB money changer in terminal 2.

One issue I've found is I can't hotspot using my iPhone. I get a message asking me to call Starhub when I try to enable it. I'm overseas now so can't call (without paying ridiculous charges) but am curious if this is a paid option.

    • I could hotspot on my Nexus 5. Not sure about iPhone. Seems kinda stupid if you can't.

      • Confirmed they enabled tethering after talking to them on the phone, but they cannot guarantee it'll work outside of Singapore (i.e. it may become disabled).

I ended up putting the Starhub sim into my MiMax (Android) so hotspot isn't an issue, but speeds are still not great since all data passes back through Singapore. On a side note this can cause some issues for some apps which rely on your IP address for location - eg. weather and trip-advising apps (eg Foursquare) I was using whilst travelling would keep thinking I was in Singapore even though I was in Taiwan or Indonesia.

  • Per the updated FAQ at http://www.starhub.com/personal/support/mobile/roaming/prepa…

    1. Is mobile hotspot tethering supported in Happy Roam destinations?
Mobile hotspot tethering is subjected to the availability of the preferred partners' networks in Happy Roam destinations. Note: We apologise that mobile hotspot tethering may not be available for some iOS users. Affected users may turn off mobile tethering and continue to use our services in Happy Roam destinations.

I'm in Singapore now so will see if I can get it enabled as it won't even allow tethering whilst I'm here.

  • Does anyone know if you use this in telstra mf910v router in those countries?

    • just fyi for others, I am in singapore atm and am using the MF910v router with this SIM inside and works perfectly.
Will be travelling to China tomorrow so will let you guys know if it works with this router.

      • +2

in china now and am successful in using the starhub sim in a mf910v router as a hotspot.

        • I think the key factor in whether it will work (and what speed) is based on the router supporting the relevant bands in that location… assuming the router is unlocked.

  • +1

Does anyone know if the Data rolls over on new package purchase? ie. I currently have ~500MB left and I buy a "30-Day 2.4GB". Will I end up with 2.4GB or 2.9GB?

    • 2.9GB

      • I can confirm this works as described.

  • The main disadvantage I can think of for this SIM (relative to a local alternative in the country you are going to) would be the lack of a phone number…. right..?

    • I'm in the US and have had a little bit of trouble with Uber because of this.

      • Ah, that makes sense.

Do you at least get a Singapore number? Even then, you'd be relying on an Uber driver having international calls and being willing to make an international call..

But I'm also just thinking if you want to make a call, then you'd have to use Skype.

        • Yeah I've been using Skype to make the couple of calls that I've had to make. And I've changed my uber number to my Singapore number. One of my uber drivers said he wouldn't call an international number as it wasn't worth it to them.

  • -1

    Lol forget about it…
Not to stop In Singapore just to pick up sim card

  • I set up 2 phones with this sim for my parents to use in China. I verified they were both working prior to leaving (data plans and APNs). They are now in Beijing and the sims aren't connecting to the network apparently.

    Any ideas??

    • Make sure roaming is enabled. Try to do a network search and manually connect to China Unicom.

Otherwise PM the dude who used it in China for help.

      • Thanks. Roaming is enabled. I'll get them to try manual selection of network. Is the correct one China Mobile or China Unicom?

        • Only China Unicom should work.

        • @StrayfireX: ok they finally got it working, I think through network selection. Thanks for your help.

  • On another issue, one of my 3 sims isn't recognised by 3 different phones. I think the sim is faulty or damaged (can see a small line on the chip). Has anyone had this issue before?

    • +1

      Contact Starhub support.

  • After leaving Singapore and having activated roaming, this SIM had an issue in the next 3 destinations I went to visit.

In Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia, while data continued to work, I was unable to make outgoing calls and sms on my Samsung S7. This also meant I was unable to contact StarHub customer service.

This issue is discussed on their forums with no working solution:

  • I am planning to transfer in terminal 3 for 1 hour. Will it be enough time to get SIM card?

  • Adding my experience..

On 11 Dec night, I bought the $32 version from the airside UOB Exchange counter and activated immediately.

They do not have stock of the $15 SIM, and it seems like they haven't for a while (I commented saying this a few months ago). I suspect you may be able to get the $15 version from 7-Eleven/Starhub stores.

As others have pointed out, they do take a copy of your passport.

The competitors (e.g. Singtel) appear to have similar offerings but they either cost more, offer less data, or are more restrictive (not available in as many countries). I did not look at them in detail though.

It appears that in addition to having roaming enabled in the Happy Prepaid app, you also need to dial a code (the assistant did it for me).

Currently utilising the 2GB of international data for the first 10 days in Malaysia and it is working fine.

I have a feeling that incoming calls (I received some calls in Singapore) actually cost money though, as my balance dropped by ~$3.50 and I only made maybe 2 short calls. I've also seen that one of the add ons you can purchase is "unlimited incoming calls". So incoming calls annoyingly eat into your main balance.

As others have pointed out, tiny issue of having Google redirect you to google.com.sg even though I'm no longer in Singapore. Also when I pos vote comments on Ozbargain it shows a Singapore flag next to my username even though I'm no longer there.

Will be trying it out in Japan shortly.

    • I am in Singapore now and it took me a while to find somewhere that still had the $15 Sim cards. I went to a few UOB exchanges and 7-elevens in T1 and T2 with no luck. Ended up going through immigration to go to a starhub counter and they told me their minimum card was $32. Was about to give up but I tried the UOB after baggage claim in T2 and they had it.

Was a bit of a hassle to go through immigration and then passport control to get back in but wanted to save the $$$ for friends and myself for when we go to Japan.

    • Using it in Japan now. Sweet :)

  • Flew into Singapore on 23/12 and picked up my $15 sim from UOB counter T2 check-in hall area. Setup was easy and had no issues using in SG, Japan and Bangkok. Be sure to download the Starhub happy pre-paid app before you leave Aus.

  • Picked myself up a $32 Sim at the Starhub counter after exiting the airside in T3.

Used it fine in Singapore for a day before heading to Jakarta. The roaming works but for some reason it will randomly drain my credit. Has happened twice now. I don't make or receive any calls or sms. I have plenty of data left in my data pack. I call them up and they refund the credit for me but can't explain why the credit is declining. Anyone else have issues?

    • Make sure you have the right APN and that you are already subscribed to a data pack. Make sure you still have data in the data pack.

      • Yes to all of those. I used the app to set the APN settings. APN set as shppd.
Data pack is valid and working, I've used 270mb of total 3gb. Started with 2, bought extra 1gb.
I really hope it doesn't happen again.

        • Yeah I hope not. Incoming calls would take up credit.

        • @StrayfireX: so you know for a fact that incoming calls (whether roaming or not) take up credit? I assumed this was the case but haven't tried seeking confirmation yet.

        • +1

          @illumination:

I was just restating what I learnt from your comment above. I have never been called on the SIM.

  • Tried to top up with my 28 degree card, failed twice, stating the credit cards have to support 3DE.
Any one has tips on how to? My sim expires tomorrow.

    • got a citibank debit card by any chance? this is what I use without issues

    • +2

[SOLVED] HOPE this could help someone with similar trouble with this great ROAM SIM:
after 3 unsuccessful payment in the APP, I found this link
I followed the flow, paid successfully in one go! get to extend my SIM for another 180 days. I will need it in 12 months time for China, Japan and other countries.
S$20 top-up gets me 80 Free SMS (not sure expiry), the so-called 15% bonus is $3 credit expires 30/March, only 30 days - not sure what I can use that for

      • I just topped up $20. Will that extend the sim expiry date?

  • Is there a way to get this sim without going to Singapore? Need a good roaming sim card for China trip in May.

  • Not sure if I understand correctly
    On page 1 it states
You need to have bought a valid domestic (Singaporean) data plan before and activate Happy Roam by (star)123(star)333#. Your APN needs to be switched to 'shppd'.
Does that mean I have to buy a separate local data plan BEFORE I use this sim ?

  • Interesting - this SIM sounds perfect! Anyone that has used this SIM, can you see a problem with this:

    • Buy $50 card - comes with 5GB international data, which I could use in Japan & Hawaii over the first 30 days (entirety of this trip). Reality is I'll probably use $20 to buy another 3.6gb of data for this trip, leaving $30 of credit on there.
    • Use $20 credit for 3.6GB Data for trip to China & Japan in September 2018. Falls within 180 days of activating it first time so credit wont expire.
    • In, say December 2018, add $10 of credit to the card to re-start 180 day expiry of credit so it doesnt expire. Or would I have to do this before October 2018 as 180 days from activation?
    • Use $20 credit for 3.6GB Data for trip to New York & Japan in April 2019?

I'm thinking this could be perfect for $60 SGD to cover 3 trips! Jeez I hope so!

Edit: Dont care about voice calls. Just data.

    • You'd just have to be in Singapore in some part of the trip.

      Perhaps fly Singapore Air?

      • Already am on the way to Japan - got a 2.5hr stopover so can easily pick two of these up for us.

So you dont see any flaw in my thinking?

        • Sounds good. I've never topped up to increase the expiry before, so perhaps PM the users that have more experience topping it up.

        • +1

Someone further down said $10 recharge is 120 days.

  • Bought the $32 sim today, apparently there's a promotion on for an extra 100 GB to use in Singapore with 10 day expiry. I was only buying in transit though so it will go to waste for me. Bought from a UOB counter, the salesperson put the sim in and set it all up, including roaming, which has worked fine thus far. Only annoying part was that there was a high minimum spend to use a credit card (can't recall the precise amount, maybe $100), but fortunately I had some SGD on me.

  • +1

fyi, top up $10SGD and expiry is 120 days

  • Fyi (not sure if noted in this thread), but card payments at the desk are minimum of $100 SGD, and are out through as a cash advance - it's a currency exchange desk after all.

Going to use the sin im in Tokyo and New York over the coming three weeks.. hopefully all works out!

  • It seems to have stopped working for roaming in Australia. I used to use it - working perfectly - in Sydney, then it stopped working this time when I get to Sydney. Does anyone have this problem?

  • Is it possible to get 2 SIMs - one for a friend?

    • Yes. Limit is 3?

  • Looking to buy one, if anyone can help an ozbargainer out, willing to pay reasonable price for it.

    • When do you need it by?
      I'm probably going in Nov

      • SIM will have to be registered under your name, so I don't think it is a good idea to buy for someone else.

        • Oh right. In that case, sorry!
Bought mine years ago so don't remember the process

        • @daft009: I didn’t realise either so… I’m on the lookout for something as a replacement… or an impromptu weekend getaway in Singapore HAHA

    Some slightly negative news…

The data packages have increased in price slightly, as of 17 Oct 2018

    The data packages are now:

    3 Day Options
    • $2 - 30MB
    • $6 - 1GB
    7 Day Options
    • $8 - 1GB
    30 Day Options
    • $11 - 1GB
    • $18 - 3GB
    • $25 - 5GB

This has eliminated the previous useful hack of being able to stack a 3 day 10MB $1 and 7 day 1GB $5 data pack for a total cost of $6 for 10 days and 1GB (+ 10MB) of data.

In summary, data costs are now higher and they've tried to offset this loss by including free "unlimited" outgoing local calls in Singapore only - which most of us here won't care about.

For the volume of countries it includes, it is still probably the best option.

For anyone going to Hong Kong specifically M1 might now be a viable (better?) alternative though - but only for Hong Kong, because AFAIK local Hong Kong SIMs don't have great/cheap data inclusions.

In all fairness, these prices are still reasonable. Just sad because we were spoilt with the better prices for a while.

In other news, it seems the UK is no longer one of the Happy Roam countries? Pretty sure it was previously!

Might be time to consider Pokefi which I've actually now started using and have a bit to share about it.

Will write a little bit about it when I have time.

    • HK has many local SIM options with unlimited data. Many other countries also the same.

If you travel via HK, you can get the Wifi Egg on Klook for Taiwan, Japan, Korea with no data limit at a cheaper price than this SIM.

      • HK has many local SIM options with unlimited data.

Just had a look - seems that HK data is actually not as expensive as I recall. I think what I did notice is that there don't seem to be a huge amount of options for low data users (~2GB/mth) that also have long expiry.

Unlimited though? That wouldn't be too cheap.

edit: Hmm, this TriHalo one under "Three" is pretty cheap.

Many other countries also the same.

        Where are you referring to?

If you travel via HK, you can get the Wifi Egg on Klook for Taiwan, Japan, Korea with no data limit at a cheaper price than this SIM.

Yea pretty cheap. Good for heavy data usage. But again - probably not necessarily cheaper for light data usage.

Interesting that it seems to be for those destinations. Looked at Malaysia and Singapore and that wasn't as cheap.

    • In other news, it seems the UK is no longer one of the Happy Roam countries? Pretty sure it was previously!

And it seems Canada, India and Myanmar were added some time between the time this initial post was made and today.

      • Is the UK back? I see it back on the site. Roams to 3.

Also I see that the higher data tiers aren't as badly affected by the price rise. At least you get more data for the added cost.

I guess Starhub had to do something to increase roaming countries.

HK data is very cheap, yes. Unlimited data is possibly cheapest on China Mobile that sells an unlimited data SIM for about $18 AUD, throttled to 3G speeds.

Starhub is more for travelling around the world and not bothering to buy a local SIM each time.

  • Could someone please confirm if the internet sims work on phones?

The $32 internet sim (https://topup.starhub.com/preorder/) which gives you 2gb daily for 15 days (30gb all up) seems perfect for me for my 2 week trip to japan.

    • yes you can use it in your phone.

      • Awesome. That's me sorted for my upcoming Japan trip. Cheers!

  • +1

Enjoying this Sim currently in China without restrictions. Awesome

  • I'm currently on holiday in Japan and have bought a 3gb 30day plan. Don't think the 3gb will last me 30days. If I top up with another 1gb 3day plan, would both the data and time be stacked?

    • Yes to both

  • I am going to Singapore on Thursday Nov 22. Where can I buy this in Terminal 1? Thx.

    • UoB currency exchange counter

      • Hopefully it's easy to locate. My movement is a little restricted, thanks anyway.

        • http://www.changiairport.com/en/shop-and-dine/shopping/uob-m… as per this there isn't one in T1. Only T2 & T3.
so should be a ~5min walk depending on your gate in T1.

          • @daft009: They definitely have not one, but two locations in T1.

One is located near Bengawan Solo (it's a shop - see if you can locate it on a directory), near the gates starting with C.

The other one is located near the skytrain from T1 to T2, near the gates starting with D. These are on opposite ends of T1. Can't remember the names of shops near it otherwise I'd tell you a shop name.

            • @illumination: Ok the T1 ones that I forgot about… shops near it include Adidas, Swarovski and some other fancy brands around (forgot).

In T2, it's near Charles & Keith, Swarovski (T2 version) and Omega.

All of the UOB money changers that sell the StarHub SIM (that I've seen) are always right next to a Travelex lol.

    • if you fly with Jetstar you can buy it onboard. They used to give free hot drink if you buy this SIM onboard.

      • Thanks for the info. I am flying with Emirates.

      • Is this only on Jetstar flights to Singapore? Or can I get this on my Gold Coast to Tokyo (Narita) flight?

        • Only on Jetstar flight to Singapore. With the new pricing I don't think this SIM is worth it anymore. I already got rid off my SIM now.

  • Does the roaming data workmon the $15 SIM or the $50 one?

    • both :)

StarHub have once again changed their data packages, as of 9 April 2019. The new plans are called "WOW Data Plans".

By the way, "unlimited Sunday data" is for Singapore only, so ignore that.

    Data package costs as follows:

    1 Day Options

    • $3 - 1GB

    3 Day Options

    • $5 - 1GB

    7 Day Options

    • $8 - 1GB

    28 Day Options

    • $10 - 1GB
    • $18 - 2GB
    • $25 - 4GB

It is noticeable that there is no longer a super cheap option with slightly longer expiry, which was previously a $2 3 day 30MB data plan from Oct 2018, and prior to that, a $1 10MB 7 day plan. The reason these were useful is because the data and expiry stacks, and these were very useful ways of extending your data cheaply. I assume data and expiry still stack.

Most importantly, these data plans are still valid for the exact same countries.

The 28 day plans replace the previous 30 day plans. The $18 and $28 plans now give you 2GB and 4GB of data instead of 3GB and 5GB respectively, and 2 days less validity.

These most recent changes appear to be bad for the heavier data users as the larger data packages give you less data, but if you consider the ability to stack data + expiry, there are actually still likely to be options, especially if you don't need 28 days of validity. The $3 1GB 1 day package is particularly useful for this, as this is a cheap way for you to stack 1GB together with a slightly longer data package for longer expiry. A couple of examples:

    • 7GB data for 7 days for $21 (7 x $3 1GB 1 Day plans)
    • 2GB data for 6 days for $10 (2 x $5 1GB 3 Day plans)
    • 2GB data for 10 days for $11 (1 x $8 1GB 7 Day plan + 1 x $3 1GB 3 Day plan)
    • 3GB data for 9 days for $15 (3 x $5 1GB 3 Day plans)
    • 2GB data for 4 days for $8 (1 x $5 1GB 3 Day plan + 1 x $3 1GB 3 Day plan)

As you can see, there are a whole heap of variations possible and it actually doesn't seem all that bad.

As I mentioned previously, M1 M Card is another similar alternative with different price points (similar to StarHub's pricing from 2 versions ago) and for less countries (Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia).

    And don't forget about Pokefi.

    • Think I paid $30 for 3gb to use in China last Nov. Now it's 4gb with 28 and little cheaper.. win for me

    • +1

      Hahaha you beat me here.

I was just about to come on OzB to post about this :P.

It does make me sad that it's being nerfed again, but I guess roaming ain't cheap.

    • thanks for the update - note that the correct link is still the deal url http://www.starhub.com/personal/mobile/mobile-phones-plans/p… :)

    • after so many price changes, it gets to the point that it is expensive to use this SIM instead of buying a local data sim. There is some unexpected charge on this SIM that makes it annoying.

      1. For iPhone, don't forget to disable iMessage or else you will get slugged with 75c international SMS.

      2. For Android, Xiaomi phone again you will also get the same charge if you logged in to Mi Account and have Find Device and Mi Message on either by clicking on when you swapped SIM or turn it on.

      3. Telemarketing call, this is a really annoying one. I have received Singapore telemarketing call on Starhub sim and if you either have voice mail on or accidentally answer the phone even if you hang up right away you will get charged internation call rate because this is in fact a roaming SIM and it is not cheap at all.

And finally, the data in fact run out quite quickly and if you have balance you will lose it instantly at the rip-off PAYG rate.

So for the higher charge it will be more wisely to buy a local SIM or just get a wifi egg. There is some promo rate on Klook if you pick up from HK, Singapore or Taiwan.
