      • I got told, 30 days from ship date, which means they've got 6 days to hook me up, or send another / refund I guess.

        • Just checked my order confirmation & it's 7-30 days
Guess we're in a similar boat. Good luck with yours :)

  • Anyone yet? …

    • Nope - nada.

  • Hey Guys,

    Mine just arrived!

there is one issue it is Rusty :( must have came via the open seas

    Cheers Rob.

    • Take a snap for us, I'm curious.

    • Well I'm super close to the city and a mail centre in Melbourne and no sign of it here.

  • Anyone else have theirs arrive?

  • Mine finally arrived. Not rusty, fortunately.

    • No sign here still :/
      What suburb you in?

      • I live just outside Sydney. Hope yours arrives soon!

  • Anyone in Melbourne receive theirs?
Mine is still says dispatched on 12/07 and nothing else after that :(

    • Exactly same here, for others it is showing that it arrived in Aus at least?

  • Melbourne, anyone? Still no here.

    • received. about a week or so ago

  • Finally got mine. It arrived squashed and I have no idea how it survived shipping. No protection what so ever but working. If I ever choose to buy another I would spend an extra $10 for local just for peace of mind

    • What city?

      • Sydney

        • Did you Singapore post tracking, show it landing in Australia?

Still nothing, bean 30 days now, like the support people said..

Despatched to overseas (Country code: AU)

  • +1

took about a month to get

  • I wish I could neg my vote, this is incredible, I still don't have it. Never ever again, they should be refunding me at this point.

  • Anyone else, still not have theirs? Am I the last one in Melbourne?
Their support staff are hopeless, constantly handballing and saying "please wait longer" - incredible.

    • I think part of the problem is that they pick the cheapest countries to trans-ship even though it takes ages. The one time I bought from them the package came from Malaysia. Malaysia "boleh"!

      • It's crazy - I STILL don't have the package and their email support is the WORST, it's so lazy - it's once a day reply, end of the day (always end of the day)
        Look at these, reverse order

"we'll open a case and lodge an investigation based on it with Logistics Company for order #XXXXX, thank you!"
(I thought you did this yesterday?)

"Could you contact your local Post Office for details of whereabouts of the order?"
        (like already 5 times)

"I'm lodging an investigation with logistics company for the order today and will feed back with any update from the official."
        (So what did they say?)

"Would you contact your local post office to attempt to collect your package?"
(Did this like 3 times at this point)

"Estimated time of shipping is 7-30 days since the date it was dispatched.
In particular cases, it may be longer such as 45-60 days, depending on clearance, local post office, destination, weather, etc.
Would you please wait for around 1-2 weeks patiently?"
(That was 8 days ago now, like seriously, I ordered July 4)

  • Paypal chargeback initiated…….. never again. (no support reply today either)

  • "What we need is an official document from you local post office, not the scrennshot of the tracking information, thank you for your assistance."

I provide a screenshot, clearly showing the website of Auspost and that the Zapals tracking # is infact not trackable, I get that reply.

Paypal chargeback initiated, NEVER again, I will always neg vote these clowns going forward.
