    There are programs which lets you format USB's. Don't know if it would work with this one though.

  Some companies use USB for marketing materials, then it's very unlikely we can format the USB, as they would program the USB to be recognised as CD-ROM when plugged into the PC. However, i'm not too sure about this one. Where does it say on the website that the free USB necklace is 2GB?? I can't see it..~
