I run vista on a higher spec machine that that and mine struggles a little.

That machine will run like a dog! I like the way they make it look expensive. RRP of $699 is far fetched.

You can buy a brand new laptop for about $550 which is much better than this offer.

My advice, stay away!

Looks like a $300 torture machine. Don't like someone? Force them use this $300 computer with Vista on it! It won't be too bad to run XP Home or Xubuntu though. Not sure whether CotD has a way to let you "upgrade" to Windows XP.
