  • Is this fly more?

  • Shame there's no deal similar with the Fly More combo

Grey import price, but local stock delivered from melb dji warehouse.
I can confirm because I bought one during ebay 15% off sales. I have one in my hand right now :)

      • Thanks for that info, you got a great deal, very jealous. It's back to $2000 now for the Fly More combo, guess I'll keep waiting until it's <$1700 again, definitely want Aus stock though as I'll probably opt for the DJI Refresh

$1720~AUD with ebay conversion, should be $40ish cheaper if you use citibank debit/28 degrees mc

        • You can get DJI Refresh Care for overseas grey imports. Doesn't matter what the country of origin is :)

          http://www.dji.com/service/djicare-refresh/info#s4

"Does DJI Care Refresh support international coverage ?
No, at the moment, DJI Care Refresh only works within one coverage region. However, the coverage region can be different than the region in which the aircraft was purchased. For example, if you purchased your aircraft in China, you can purchase DJI Care Refresh for the US. You can only apply for product warranty service in China, but you can use DJI Care Refresh to replace your product at DJI's official US service center."

  • There was a flymore package for $999 a few weeks ago

  • I dont really want the fly more since I have purchased the bits I need (bag, extra batteries, 3 way charger, car charger) which equals a lot cheaper than the extra you need to pay for the fly more package.
I am just waiting on the prices to come down closer to $1000 and in AU for warranty purposes.

    • +2

How much did that work out to be? How many extra batteries?

      • 2 extra batteries $180 (recent tomtop special)
        Bag $42
        Hard Cases for travel $24
        Battery covers $5
        Charger $60
        Car Charger $72
        Total = $383

That is more extras than you get in Fly More. But hey, if its $999 again, I would get it and have 5 batteries.

  • Are these GREY import?

I know a store selling Australian stock for about $1,498, but not sure if they are in stock at the moment.

    • For Fly More or just the Mavic?

  • Apparently Futu Online isn't DJI authorized dealer. I just asked DJI, they might claimed to have Australian stock but in the end if there is a issue it is still depend on DJI. They advised me to purchase from an authorized dealer.

    • Thanks for the info. I wonder what's going on there… Someone on Whirlpool bought theirs from Futu and were able to register for warranty, which I thought meant they were an authorised seller..
