Not as bad as one seller I stumbled on which had their items located in "Italy, Australia". The listing was in Italian too. Not sure how they managed that, pretty sure "Italy, Australia" doesn't exist.

As said, use a whetstone - Learn how to use it, it would last you years and will cost nothing. Other knife sharpeners are just a gimmick.
If you are not cutting bones, consider buying a cheap ceramic knife from Daiso, works very well for meat or fish or veggies.
