One of the saddest posts I've put up on OzBargain as it looks like Coles is deleting the Cadbury Orange Twirl line. (As a choc-o-holic, one of my favourites of recent times).
I've been to two different Coles stores and have found these this week for 50 cents each (Save $1.70).
Get one while you still can.
I saw this at the Park Centre Coles (East Vic Park WA). On top of the drink fridges lining the self serve checkout.

Chocolate and orange generally shouldn't go together.
Same reason you don't have orange flavoured milk.
Obviously some people like it, but it will never be popular in mainstream taste.
Surely Cadbury have people that know this stuff?

These taste just like Terry's Chocolate orange, sad to see them go.

Bottom line is, if they don't sell enough they get removed from the market. Just like Dr Pepper and Cherry Coke. I still mourn the loss of Taco Bell, but sales is what dictates product.
They were $0.85 each at my regional NSW Coles
Got one from my local Coles today for 50c and thought I'd try it.
I have to say, whilst it was ok, I probably wouldn't buy one again. Even for 50c.
Soz, I guess I'm part of the majority who doesn't love chocolate and orange.
