Hi all,

Found this great price to Sapporo, Japan in September.

Yes, its Air Asia X but it's also a bargain price.
inc a 7hr and a 17hr stopover in KL, so there's time for a bit of exploring in KL too.

Is it possible to stopover a few days in KL? and just beware there is no checked in luggage included.

I found AirAsia X to be much better than Jetstar in terms off low-cost international carriers FWIW. Cheap on-board prices and pretty decent food.

  great food (for the price). At $5 a meal I usually buy 2 and get them to hold one off for the later session.

  Yes, agreed, AirAsia's hot food is a third of the price of Scoot and Jetstar, and infinitely better quality.
  
  I make it my business not to spend a single cent onboard Scoot or Jetstar (Int) in protest of obvious gouging.

Will Flight Centre beat the price AND provide a flight that does not have a stopover as well? Just curious.

  IMO no, they will only guarantee for the same flights.
