Still way too expensive. $10 a bottle with a regular price of $20 a bottle?

It needs to be $5-6 like other similar spices.

Edit: It's not even the cheapest it's been. It was $32 2 months ago for the same (less the freebie)

    • I agree it's expensive, but it's still a deal if someone is looking for it. If I could post the 10% off referral link it would have been $35.95 plus a free bottle making it the best deal they've done at $7.91 a bottle!

U didn't mention u need to spend $39 before u get the free sample pack

  • There is a 10% off referral link I tried to post but it was removed by the Mod and I can't work out how to add it.

The code OzBargain15% works for 15% off which brings it down to $34 for 5 or ~$6.80 a bottle.
    Worth a try I guess.

    • +1

If I could buy ONE bottle sure. But not committing to 4 bottles to 'try it' though.

      • -1

You can buy one bottle. It's $20 though.

        • I'm not even willing to pay $7 a bottle.

  • -1

you can spin the wheel that appears on the left hand side menu and win a free bottle with a 4 pack pretty much every spin

seems to be cookie based so if you fire up an igcognito window and use another throwaway email you can spin again until you get something you want

It's a BS competition, you are just subscribing to their mailing list. You get a free bottle with a 4 pack anyway!
      Shark tank indeed

I wonder what happens if you add it to bacon?

    • Stop wondering and start experimenting - please report back.

I've heard that Pauline Hanson uses bacon seasoning on any Halal certified products in order to nullify the Halal factor.

    • +1

This bacon seasoning is actually vegetarian and therefore Halal :)

No way! I'll tell Waleed Aly :P
        Thanks hamza

Real bacon is cheaper than this.

    • -2

      Was thinking the same

… Unless you use this to season your bacon. But who does that!

    • +4

Yeah but vegetarians, vegans, Jews, Muslims and many other people can't/don't eat bacon. Jokes on them though.

  • What are the ingredients?

    • +2

      deez nutz

I once had a guy order food over the phone at work and gave that as the name, he went red and just about fell over when I called it out Infront 20 people ROFL.

        Anywho where is it from?

        • That sounds a bit fishy.

          According to Merriam-Webster

          deez nutz

A joke that originated from the song "Deeez Nuuuts" on Dr. Dre's original album "The Chronic", released in 1992. Since then, the phrase has mutated into "deez nutz" and catching people with "deez nutz" has become America's 3,157th favorite pastime, just behind underwater basket-weaving and just ahead of collecting Spongebob Squarepants paraphernalia. The game works as following: you ask someone a question, and if the response is "What?", "Who?", "Huh?" or anything starting starting with one of the 5 "W's", you're free to get that person with "DEEEEEZ NUUUUUTZ!!!". Works best when done loudly in quiet public places such as a lecture hall, church, or a line at the bank.

        • @dins: o.O ok then lol

      🥓

    • From my understanding it's all herbs and spices.

      • Why don't they list them on their website?

        • They do =P

A: Ingredients are: Maltodextrin, Salt, Flavour enhancers (621, 635), Yeast and yeast extract, Spice & Spice Extract, Sugar, Milk solids, Smoke flavour, Food Acid (330), Flavour.

A: Absolutely! A serving of Bacon Seasoning has about the same amount of msg as you would find in a fresh garden salad with tomatoes and other delicious vegetables :)

This means that if I sprinkle the bacon seasoning on a fresh garden salad with tomatoes and other delicious vegetables, I'm doubling the MSG.

That being said, I wonder people stick with the recommended serving size of 0.25gram

        • +1

@StevieRay: msg shouldn't be in fresh salad o.O

        • @Slippery Fish:
Yes the answer posted is misleading hence I quoted it here.

To be fair, the garden salad being compared was probably a Caesar salad with bacon bits, croutons, salad dressing, and Parmesan cheese (although high in sodium and glutamate, it's not actually MSG). Vegetables used in salad also specially picked from corp growers who spray growth enhancers on their products.

          =P

        • @StevieRay: the cos lettuce is the only healthy part of Ceasar lol. :P

        • @Slippery Fish: MSG can be in anything. It's just a flavouring after all.

    • According to their answers from questions asked:
A: See a picture of the list in the product images.
