    • Use code for 10% off maybe ??

    • Don't jump on your high horse with a negative vote. This is the price I am getting

      • I negged you because you insulted my horse.

        • +1

He didn't insult it. He said it was high. Stop giving your horse drugs.

        • @BradleyDS2:

My horse is taller than average horse and he's sensitive about his height.

        • @djmm: Thought the bigger insult would be to have an oversensitive owner who gets triggered by unrelated comments.

  • power supply issues?

    • +2

      Xbox one s is multivoltage.

      • +1

Is there anything this console can't do?!!?

        • +2

          1080p? I'm kidding, I'm kidding, I love Xbox.

        • +2

1080p, 60fps, 4K gaming, VR gaming, play the last of us.

        • -2

@Axelstrife: At least it plays 4k blu-rays unlike the ps4 pro. It's also HDR which is kinda cute. Not saying I'll get one unless they go sub $200.

I'll most likely pick up am xbox one x early next year.. depending on halo 6 and other MS exclusives.

@Putnum:They had to add at least ONE reason for people to buy there console at all, though i personally haven't toughed disc based media in over 5 years now.
and all the PS4's got HDR a while ago.

BTW i owned a One s for like a month a few months back that's how long it took to finish all the games i wished to play on the xbox

        • @Axelstrife: Up-voted for The Last of Us. Mind you, I'm playing with KBM which makes the xbox even less appealing :P

      • Are you sure about that?

Often the US model isn't but the AU models are

  • Thanks OP will this be covered locally for warranty.

  • Will it have region locked games / movies issues ?

    • You will buy everything with your (Australian) account from Australian store which you will set it up as on initial startup.

    • +1

Games are not region locked, however movies(DVDs and Blurays) are, so they will be locked to the US market.

Digital movies you buy from the microsoft store will not be effected by the locked disc drive.

  • I think I’ll just save up and buy one Xbox One X day one console one day.

    • +3

Start saving your age alongside coz it may be a while

  • thanks OP! it's been a while since last XB one S deal. Should I hold off for 500gb & about 100 cheaper or jump on the 1TB version? I don't normally buy digital game though.

    • +2

500GB has already been $100 cheaper even more but you won't get extra controller (worth $60+) + extra 500Gb + Plug and play kit

      • you are right. the extra controller worth around $80 let alone the extra 500g & charge kit. pulled the plug! :)

        • Hopefully used cashback? :)

        • @Jimmy007: as a qualified ozbargainer, CR + 28 Degree is must :)

  • Has anyone purchased this yet?
I tried with PayPal, it charged and then refunded my payment. The message said it couldn't pay with PayPal and to use another payment method.

*edit: looks like there was a problem with my paypal, i managed to get it through now.

  • Thanks Jimmy, got one.

    • +1

Welcome to Xbox one S club

  • I bought an original XB1 and the Play'n'Charge Kit died within prob 7-8 months, I bought it through Microsoft and was too lazy to try and get it sorted. It was very handy when it worked though, and to be fair I'd buy another one again given the opportunity, just annoying that it suffered a mortal failure at some point.

    • I still have mine from two years ago.

  • You might not be able to play local Blu rays ( AU/EU) or AU DVD as it will be region locked to US.
Also not sure about the warranty from MS.
