Spotted these last week in terminal 3 Perth Airport with all the tourist brochures. Went past today and they have put out more (more than in photo, all up maybe 60+).

No you just help yourself. It's just a shelving unit in the wall in the arrival area.

Note it is in the non-secure area at the Jet Star end of the terminal near the arrival carousels.
If you can't get to Perth head to your nearest up market hotel and locate the brochure rack. Try to be covert and you can get as well as Telstra Sim's, Vodafone and Optus sims packs.
