I bought a pair for my partner when it was on offer back in June and she loves them. Apparently very comfortable!

Also I think they received a lot of orders for this shoe the last time and I didn't get the order for a couple of weeks.

  My wife got these last time. Were the wrong size, so returned them for free and they sent a new pair approx 2.5 weeks later. They are good with their exchange service and the shoes are good quality and very nice to wear according to my wife. She needed the wider fit (and her feet are not overly wide) as she is tallish so you may too.

  I also had the cancelled email, but as it said you could call to discuss, I did, and they offered me a subistute pair, same shoe just different colour (purple) which is great as its my favorite colour, I have since received the email to say the replacements have been dispatched. great customer service from new balance!
