    ignore it.

    I confused with wireless1 and warehouse1 lol

  • Was looking at the asus rt-68u.

For a home set up of streaming, but no gaming, is this a way better deal or I should stump up double for the asus?

    • Rt-Ac58U will do the job for you. AC68U is over power and only needed if you would like to connect few gaming machines and 20+ mobiles—— Bought mine for $125 from previous sale… Even cheaper this time…$122.30 Delivered…

So far very happy with my purchase and haven't faced any issues yet.

  • For anyone just wanting an wireless access point I highly recommend the Uniquity UAP‑AC‑LITE, readily available for between $100 and $150.
The most solid, reliable gear i've ever handled and included PoE adapter to power it so you can pop it in a ceiling space in an more optimal position for better coverage of your home.
I have the AC-PRO, and it's given me the best throughput i've ever seen on WiFi (requires a Unifi Controller as a hardware or software item to get the most from it).
Consumer router/AP combos are alright, but if you want to do it properly go for a light commercial grade dedicated AP.

Just my 2c there, hope it helps those wanting better performing home networks on a budget.
