If only they weren't such a dodgy company. Very poor after sales service.

you mean lazy salespeople? worked there in my early twenties, looked after customers as my family and was a top salesperson. Funny thing is those 40-50 year old 'professional' salespeople had no clue why they were losing regulars to GG and HN

wait for end of yr Sales, new models are pretty recent so haven't dropped much at all yet

      • Thanks mate, I missed out on the end of last years sales. I've put if off for years as I end up researching too much and never end up buying anything lol. I believe there is a term for that but I can't remember :P

        • Smart?

        • @dan76n:

lol maybe, but I end up with a decision… adding to cart, Researching more in depth… removing from cart… repeat process. 4 Hours later end up with nothing and research myself into a stalemate.

          ..miss out on sale. xD

I have a Bing Lee 'bonus gift card' that says it's valid at any physical store, or online at www.binglee.com.au. The checkout page doesn't seem to accept Bing Lee gift cards, though?

Edit: ah, it says online customers must contact our call centre prior to redeeming the bonus gift card - and of course the call centre won't be open by the time the promotion ends at 9am - bah!

    • I rang up at 9am on the dot and got it processed with the 15% off discount and was able to use my bonus gift card - very happy.

Feel sorry for the call centre operators, they sound absolutely smashed. It's a shame their website can't handle bonus gift cards, it would certainly ease a huge load on the operators!

  • I am going to need a lot of stuff from them but next year. Wish I could buy now pay now but get later.

    • They have these offers from time to time.

  • Got the Gear S3 frontier for $424. Thanks!

  • Thanks for the post, saved some money.

  • Can anyone share a screen of their S8 order in Black colour either cart or invoice. Need to claim on CC price protection

  • Did they employ a 15 year old to program their checkout page?

  • Ordered an LG fridge, says free delivery.

Ended up having to order it with $60 delivery free, now the call to get it reduced or refunded.

Their online system doesn't do promotions properly when the fridges are listed as free delivery too.

    • same here with a washing machine, I have emailed them and awaiting a reply.

      • +2

They responded saying free delivery is an offer and the 15% can't be used with other offers. What BS it's clearly advertised as free delivery. Without delivery included it's on 9% off for me. The 15% off is off the advertised price and that price includes delivery so clarly false advertising !! Have advised will take to ACCC if not resolved.

  • +1

Looks like the discount is still being applied at checkout even though the promotion period has ended. Not sure how much longer it will work but it may not be too late

  • +1

Did anyone take a copy of the terms and conditions?

Bing Lee is stating that the free delivery is not in conjunction with this promotion. The terms have been removed altogether off their website.
