    Elevated Pet Bed $19.99

Can these be stacked if you have more than one dog?

  • Poor quality pet beds. The first cover lasted less than a day. Even the bolts bent from the weight of a puppy.

    • We have a 42kg shepherd. The large I have is still as good as new with the dog and a 12kg 1yo that sits on it at the same time daily.

    • Bit it's:
      •Heavy duty steel frame
      •Woven, tear resistant nylon cover

If it lasted less than a day you'd have no problems getting a refund if that's how it's advertised.

Even the bolts bent from the weight of a puppy.

Not sure how a puppy could bend a bolt.

I've checked these last time they were on sale and there isn't much that can go wrong with them, nor are they much different to the more expensive ones.

It's a simple metal frame screwed together with bolts, don't know how a puppy could bend one.

My 32KG dog chewed on the nylon material when he was teething, but it still supports his weight and is extremely durable and hasn't bent.

It's the one from Bunnings which was over $60, but as I stated they aren't all that different to these ones.

  • Now I can kick Jake(files.ozbargain.com.au) out of my bed, he always gets up early in the morning and does an arsehole cleaning session and makes a mess.

Do you use wet wipes to clean your butt now?

    Nice doggy BTW.

    • Jake wants to mount you.

  • Let us know of the olives have seeds inside them or not.. I can never tell with these things.

    • They have seeds.

The olives are not as large as the supermarket ones, but are an absolute bargain at $3.82KG vs $20.

Wish I bought another couple of tubs.

      • Ah damn hate seeds very nice find though. I have done seeded ones right now in my kitchen really nice with salad or anything really but the seeds mean I have to eat each one one by one and really slow or broken sore teeth haha lol.

$3.82/kg is a heck of a bargain though. Take the seeds out chuck em with some salad in a bowl and have a party lol.

        • Each to their own but I find pitted olives are rubbery and lack flavour compared to ones with pits.

These aren't as large or as black as the Colesworth ones and seem a bit saltier but they're still pretty good, especially for the price (product of Greece).

Just had some with mortadella on fresh sourdough bread, yummo.

        • @Scab: I agree I just hate anything that slows down my eating process to a slow trickle and these does it.

You are very right though they are super tasty, if they could replicate the texture and flavour into pitted ones I'd be all over them in a heart beat for pastas, pizzas and rainy days.

        • @AlienC:

You can apparently get olive pitters, never used one so have no idea how effective they are.

I don't mind pitting them as I'm eating though, I have it down to a fine art and sometimes amuse myself by seeing how far I can spit the pits.

  • We have one of these, and none of four dogs will use it.
Edit: Forget it, I didn't look close enough and thought it was the bed where the surface is extremely tight with no give at all. This appears to be more like the standard hessian type frames, but using a synthetic and the frame is not welded.
