@dman801: If you'd ordered just one they probably would have let it slide, but not eight! I imagine the postage of a large oil filled heater would be pretty high. They'd make more money throwing them in the bin.

There is nothing cheap about electric heaters. Power is 20c/kWHr here now! So 50c/hr for 2400W.
You sure its not worth paying for a cheap reverse-cycle aircon? Or warmer clothes?
Most people don't understand how electricity is calculated, and don't realise that these heaters are the most expensive form of heating (correct me if I'm wrong). You're pretty much on the money with the figures, 50c/hour x run 10 hours day on a cold day = $5. More than the purchase price of heater in one day, lol! I guess we can have the final laugh about him raiding all the heaters, just think of his relatives electricity bills.
weird, i dont think the heaters can be purchased online anymore. they changed it to "currently unavailable online"

I used the guest account, then registered later.

from my previous experince the answer is no.

My one item order has been dispatched (not a heater). So they are processing the orders that used the promo code early. Beware though, the prices seemingly have jumped back to the what would be the original prices, so it seems that this sale is "over", even though it's not meant to end until October 31.

Towels and face washers have run out of the cheap ones. All remaining ones are the full price.
Got the Optus modem as a spare (have 3 family members using optus mobile broadband) for a reasonable price though.
