My laptop started giving signs that it's on its deathbed so I started doing some search on a potential replacement.

Settled on Xiaomi Mi Notebook Air 13 since I've been quite impressed and happy with my Mi5 and noticed that it had been getting some decent reviews.

So I got in touch with the rep from Lightinthebox.com MiniInTheBox who responded quickly to kindly refresh/renew the previous deal without any codes this time.

Hopefully this will be of help to other people looking for a deal on this model.

Rough specs are as below:

CPU: i5-6200u dual core
Graphics: NVIDIA GT940MX 1GB
Scree: 13.3" LED 1920x1080 16:9
RAM 8GB
SSD 256GB

Don't forget the 3.2% cashback from cashrewards.com.au which will bring the price down to USD $618.54 (AUD $775.40)

Thank you.

This is the older model. The new one has a finger print reader and mx150 graphics.

Be careful buying stuff from this website. The descriptions might mislead you. I bought this router from this deal and I just received it today. It clearly says in the description that the Ethernet speed is 1000 M but the item that I received is a model with Ethernet speed of 100 M. For me they seem to be dodgy.

Could be just a typo to be fair. I always check the specs of products from manufacturers or multiple sources to confirm what's in the description.

      • So we can conclude now that it was not a typo.

        Dear Customer,

        Thank you for your message.

The related department has confirmed that this product has a 1000Mbps speed. If you read the box you will notice it says 10/100mbps. The speed of it it's 1000Mbps since 10 x 100 = 1000Mbps. The one is just written differently.

The product received is the correct model ordered as confirmed by the related department.

  • I think the Xiaomi's only have chinese language, you need another win10 licence that is english.

    • No licensee needed just need to download the English version. It's free. Heaps of tutorials online.

  • Would love to purchase this at $801 but it looks like it's gone up to $876?
