  Probably a stupid question, but to purchase this using the 7 Eleven app (btw, has anyone made the joke about 7 Eleven being the standard wage at their stores?), do I need to load it up with the $15 before hand, then at the store get the attendant to scan the barcode on my phone before scanning the sim pack to get the special price?
  I only ask because I tried to buy it today (without any credit loaded onto the app), and the guy at the counter couldn't get the special price to work and didn't seem to know much about it.
