Radeon R5 with a Celeron? Weird combination. i don't see that on the specifications page when I google the model name though. (80TG00VNAU)

    • Looks like an Intel HD520 to me.

Wouldn't the Dell Inspiron 11 3000 be a faster machine, for $20 more? This Lenovo has a bigger screen, but the Inspiron has a faster CPU (N3710 vs N3350), SSD etc.

    • yeah if you forced me, the Dell is the better machine.

IMO if you're suffering 15" then at least have FHD - the dell does better as a portable machine, this thing is barely adequate as a DTR.

      • Yeah I used to have the dell machine. Only issues I had with it were plasticky build quality. This would be more suitable if you wanted a bigger screen and required DVD/RW and needed more than 128gb on the primary drive albeit HDD rather than SSD.

  • Curious, have we got ways around "Student/Teacher ID Required"?
