    Remember to protect your expensive phone with good/convenient case.

    BuyMoibleAU confirmed wireless charger AND screen assure.
    If Samsung don't honor the screen assure (as BuyMobile isn't in their T&C), could I get BuyMobile to do anything via Fair Trading/consumer affairs if I damage my screen in the first year?

        I think they were just trying to say there's no extra to pay… I'm sure on the invoice the GST will be listed as it has been in people's screen shots of other deals.

        We'll have to wait and see but I'd like it to claim TRS

    Whomever got this deal has anyone had any update from buymobileau or vaya on delivery date? eBay says ships 22nd but is that ships to their warehouse on the 22nd or is that from them to your door on the 22nd expecting a max 5 day delivery from that date? Or is it 22nd direct to your door from distributor?

    FOR THOSE WHO HAVE PURCHASED THROUGH THIS DEAL - GOOD NEWS:

    I received a notification on my phone via ebay app saying the following: Item Sent: Est Arrival (8/10/2017) Preorder Samsung Galaxy Note 8.

    which concerned me for two reasons, 1. 19 Day delivery 2. why is taking so long, where is it coming from.

    But i logged into ebay via my PC and went into the purchase and found the tracking number and it was linked to TOLL PRIORITY AU. Went to the toll link and found that it was sent from the distributor in melb on the 19th and has arrived in WA and has been processed. I should receive it tomorrow.

    So everyone from the vaya purchase expect your phone between today and friday.

      That's great news. I got a different msg from Vaya below, about the phone coming from HK, though I don't mind that as long as it is "Australian stock":

      Neve rmind, I got mine today. Pretty good considering it shipped Friday. I've messaged Vaya for the proof of purchase required for the wireless charger.

    Never buying from buymobile again. Still hasn't shipped and the phone released Friday! How are they allowed to sell stock that they don't even have? I have messaged them asking about post date and they can't give me a clear answer. This is the response.

    "We're still processing the order and we are still awaiting updates from the warehouse. You will be notified of the tracking details once order has ship."

    Not to mention they have a terrible feedback score of 87.2%

      I asked Buymobile for my invoice via email. No GST, no ABN. Asked if they could provide that stuff, if not I'm cancelling.

        Order cancelled. The invoice they provided me had yesterday as the invoice date (the day I asked for the invoice). Meaning I wouldn't get the wireless charger anyway.
        Ordered from Bing Lee instead.

          I asked for an invoice from BuyMobile with the date of purchase on it (14/09/17) and they sent it through. It also shows ABN number on it but no GST was paid, does that mean its void for the free wireless charger?

          I also read in the T&C's that eBay purchases are not valid for the wireless charger. The tax invoice clearly states eBay on it 3 times.

    Yeah, I'm never buying or recommending buymobileau again - I'm still waiting and I am in a way sceptical of getting the free charger.
    Also, how is it possible to have an invoice with $0 GST if the stock is AU??

      Vaya sent me a tax invoice last week. No mention of ebay on it. Waiting to see if redemption is successful.

    Ok so I bought through BuyMobileAU and received my Note 8 a day before release. It was shipped from their local supplier (Synnex) direct to me, with a delivery docket for Amaysim Operations (ABN 89 612 582 537).

    It is definitely the SM-N950FZKAXSA which is the local Australia model, and the one listed on the Samsung Wireless charger claim site. This site also states that one of the approved stores is Amaysim Australia Limited (ACN 143 613 478).

    BuyMobileAU have said specifically that I can get the wireless charger since I pre-ordered it.

    Ive tried following up a couple times to get an invoice from them but they can only provide a poor quality ebay version under a company called Rapid Supply Ltd (ABN 89 612 582 537). They claim they are owned by Amaysim but aren't providing an invoice with that ABN.

    At this point Im not sure If I can claim the wireless charger at all.

    Hi all,

    A warning regarding the Note 8. Mine has developed a cluster of bad pixels.

    Thought after Note 7 they would make a quality product but apparently not.
