Cheap laptop!
Specifications:
If your looking for a full size laptop and have an absolute budget of $500 then this is the best you can get. If you want something with long battery life that is light look at an ultraportable unit, they normally come in 12-13 inch screen sizes, weigh lighter because they don't come with a disc drive and generally have a runtime of anywhere between 5 hours and 12 hours depending on which model you get as opposed to 2-3 hours you'd get on a standard full power machine.

far out, under $500 for a laptop that kicks the crap out of one I paid $3000 for only 5 years ago :(.
pretty good price for the specs imo.
DSE have them for $3 more and the Good Guys are $491, also says less for cash.
probably can negotiate a $50 off if you're paying cash, i know that's pretty standard for $1000+ items, but if you bargain enough you might be able to for a $491 item.
btw really decent specs for the price
HN sells this model for $486 at Domayne Nth Ryde this Saturday and Sunday so if you buy from OW on Sat or Sun you can get 5% discount on a price match.

Good for wordprocessing and browsing and not necessarily at the same time ..forget multimedia, pay an extra 50 and get something that doesn't start with "Celeron"
