The price on mobileciti website is $1084. You can price match jb hifi and pay $1084 but not $934. When you say local stock are you referring to AUS stock with manufacturers warranty? Mobile Citi stock don't stock/sell grey imports if that's what you're asking.

My max budget was $700, i was going little above it to get it at $799, another $135 more for Aus stock seems like strerching too much on my budget… Please suggest.

Get a diff phone? There's plenty of decent phones within your budget that is just as good.
I bought mine from Shopmonk a week ago, its a dual sim grey orchid one. It arrived within a week and everything works fine. If you value Aussie warranty you can buy here else ask yourself, how many times has your phone needed warranty? Another phone to take a look at is One Plus 5 for 699$. Thats really good too

I have almost decided to get from shopmonk. Do you think of any pros and cons if i get a dual sim phone, as they have only dual sim. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.
The dual sim in my opinion is the better variant. It has the Exynos processor which is better at multitasking while the Snapdragon variant is better at single processes. The extra sim slot is really useful cause I have 3 sims in total. My main is Telstra which is always in my phone. I have a second Telstra mobile broadband sim which I can pop into the device and keep disabled until I need it enabled. And lastly I have an Optus Sim which I use for getting those sweet deals on cricket tickets. The battery life is very good and will last you from 8 AM to 9 PM if you use 1 sim and if you decide to keep both enabled that might be reduced to 8PM. You can enable getting calls and sms from 1 sim on 3G and using the data on another sim on 4G as well. One thing you should keep in mind about shopmonk, they may take time to ship your order. They do it in batches, when they first released the deal I skipped that one week and ordered the next week. It arrived in the 3rd week. So depending on their cycle, you might get it this week or 3 weeks later. Lastly, the orchid grey is a nice color. Have fun if you decide to order.
Oh yeah, I also bought the One Plus. No jelly issue. But UK charger for that and this Samsung. Shopmonk will throw in an unbranded AU charger but I am too scared to use it.
